Services
What we do, and how we do it.
Six service lines, one specialty: finding what’s leaking before anything gets torn open. Whether it’s a slab leak, a pool leak, a hidden drip behind drywall, or a quietly running irrigation main, we locate the exact source first — then we repair what makes sense to repair, and tell you honestly what doesn’t.
Plumbing leak detection
We locate hidden supply-line and drain-line leaks inside walls, under floors, and in ceilings using acoustic listening equipment and pressure analysis. Most jobs are completed without any demolition — the leak is identified to within inches before any access hole is cut.
- Pin-hole copper leaks
- PEX and CPVC failures
- Drain-line cracks behind walls
- Hot-water recirculation lines
Slab leak detection
Florida’s high water table and concrete-on-grade construction make slab leaks one of the most expensive household plumbing problems. We use a combination of acoustic, thermal-imaging, and tracer-gas methods to locate slab leaks to within a foot or two — then we either route the smallest possible access cut, or recommend an above-slab re-route that avoids breaking concrete altogether.
- Hot-side and cold-side slab leaks
- Pre-slab vs post-slab leak diagnosis
- Re-route vs spot-repair recommendations
Pool and spa leak detection
Pool leaks are notoriously hard to track because the leak can be anywhere in the shell, the plumbing, or the equipment pad — and Florida ground saturation hides the evidence. We test the structure with dye, pressure-test the lines individually, and isolate the source so the right contractor (or our own crew) can repair it without unnecessary deck work.
- Pool shell leaks
- Skimmer and main-drain leaks
- Return-line and suction-line leaks
- Equipment-pad leaks
Irrigation leak detection
A leaking irrigation system can quietly waste tens of thousands of gallons before anyone notices. We isolate each zone, pressure-test the lines, and locate breaks in supply mains, drip tubing, and zone valves — even buried laterals under sod, mulch, or rock.
- Zone-by-zone leak isolation
- Mainline and lateral leaks
- Drip tubing failures
- Stuck zone valves and master valves
Underground line locating
Before any excavation — a new pool, addition, fence, or landscaping project — it pays to know exactly where buried utilities run. We use pipe-tracing equipment to map water, sewer, and irrigation lines on your property so contractors don’t accidentally hit something expensive.
- Water service line locating
- Sewer line locating
- Irrigation main locating
- Pre-excavation marking
Plumbing repair and repipe
Once we find the leak, we don’t disappear. We do the repair too — spot repairs, fixture replacements, water heater service, drain repair, and full home repipes when older plumbing has reached end of life. Same crew, same accountability, from locate to fix.
- Spot repairs after locate
- Faucet and fixture replacement
- Garbage disposal install/repair
- Whole-home repipes
Annual Service Plan
For homeowners who want to get ahead of leaks instead of reacting to them, we offer an annual service plan that includes regularly scheduled inspections of your plumbing, irrigation, and water-using fixtures — plus priority access when something does go wrong. Plans differ by property size and use; ask us for current terms when you call.
